By accessing or using Travel Agent AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Travel Agent AI is an AI-powered travel planning assistant. The service helps you search for flights, compare hotel prices, and build personalized day-by-day itineraries through a conversational interface. Flight data is provided by Aviasales/Travelpayouts, and hotel data is provided by Booking.com.
When you click on flight or hotel booking links, you are redirected to third-party booking platforms (Aviasales, Booking.com). We earn a commission from bookings made through these links. This does not affect the price you pay — you receive the same price as if you visited the platform directly.
Prices displayed in the service are cached from third-party APIs and may change at any time. We are not responsible for price differences between what is shown in our service and the actual price at the time of booking. Always verify the final price on the booking platform before completing your purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
The free plan includes up to 40 AI messages per day and a maximum of 3 active trips. These limits may be adjusted in the future. Paid plans with higher limits may be offered separately.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from travel decisions made based on AI recommendations, search results, or itineraries generated by the service. You are solely responsible for verifying all travel information before making bookings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
